an email to mr. bo limbaugh about bad medicine

i have to put this in here. bo's a very good friend of mine who lives in locust grove, ok w/ his lovely wife, kim. they have been supportive and caring for so damn long. this is what i wrote today, nov. 7, 2003:

man, have you heard the new bad medicine cd? the guys down here are flippin' over it. nico gave me a copy and it sounds like american indian black sabbath or something. the 10th track is an old, old song- an ole ponca song, i'd say, but i know other tribes sing it. thing is, i've been wantin' to sing that song that way for so long, and finally somebody went out and did it, man. the boys say joe fish leads the group. hearin' this song like that made me scream and cry, all at the same time. the stuff is so raw, man! it's not pretty- it's very ugly, very bad.
